oh these are so cute!! and so happy coloured :D my latest green attempt was actually to make some snack bags lined with fused plastic bags (i found a tutorial on etsy) but it didn't work out os well, so winning these beautiful ones would be so nice :) 12/13/2010 12:27:37 am
Well, first of all, I recycle like a crazy woman! I have the compost bin, the cardboard and boxboard bin, the newspaper bin, the tin can bin, one for glass and plastics, and mixed paper. I reuse fabric, buttons, etc in my crazy quilting. Thinking I need a worm box now!

I would love some snack bags. We are trying to eliminate the use of baggies as well, but have been using more tupperware. These bags would be much more convenient and east to carry!

The main greeny things I do around the house is to clean with vinegar and water with drops of either eucalyptus or tea tree oil in it to freshen up and to disinfect. I use this for the floor and the benches. The other thing I do is to shop in second hand clothes for the kids and myself. I have bought mum things from there too!

A fantastic giveaway. Thankyou for the chance. In my attempt to enrich the earth I grow my own fruit and veg and breed poultry for both eggs and meat. It's wonderful embracing the simplicity of growing and eating something yourself. Regards,

What a wonderful idea! I love these :) I'm giving some away as well for my giveaway but sadly, I have yet to make any that we actually use in the house. Everyone keeps snagging them up before we get to keep them! We've banned plastic bags though so for now, my toddlers snack have been going in the cheerios bowl that they sent us ;) Love the fabrics you used! Thanks so much! 12/15/2010 11:22:45 am
I love that the snack bags stand up.

Cute giveaway! Ways our family is going green is recycling, repurposing, making our own things instead of buying them, growing a garden. Thanks for a chance to win!
